The King of Diamonds playing card has a special history. It represents Odin, the King of Asgard, who sacrificed one of his eyes in exchange for secret wisdom and knowledge of the universe.

The King of Diamonds is the only king playing card that is shown with one eye not visible for this reason. It was sacrificed in order to receive the kind of magic only found in mythology.

Our Story

How it started

King of Diamonds - Fine Jewellery was established in 2020 in order to acheive these aims. We are a small team of designers, jewellers and investors that came together in Februay 2020. After succesfully working together on a previous project, we decided it was time to launch our own brand with its own values.

Jewellery quarter Location

We are able to offer competitive prices by keeping design and production in-house, and have also chosen to locate our office in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter for direct access to tools and materials. Home to over 700 independent jewellers, retailers and the world's largest Assay Office, the Jewellery Quarter provides us with quick access to the source of everything we need to craft your jewellery.

Since starting this journey, we have continued to expand into new countries, serving the world the highest quality jewellery through our online store, select stockists and our social media channels.
