Refund policy

We accept returns provided that the item is undamaged (the item must be in its original condition with tag). Unfortunately return costs cannot be provided. The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund scheme for gold, diamond or custom jewellery, as it is made to order.

Any refunds will be issued when we receive the product. If you are having a problem with your order, please contact us.
