Due to the high value of our jewellery, all of our jewellery is sent by tracked & signed delivery. We will provide you with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Please allow 24-48 hours on working days from the dispatch date for Special Delivery Guaranteed (UK only). To send our packages to Europe it costs £5. 45 (3-5 business days), and to send them anywhere else in the world it costs £14. 40 (5-7 business days).

To maintain the high quality of your King of Diamonds jewellery it is important to take care of it appropriately. We advise that you keep your jewellery in the box provided when not in use.

RETURNS

We accept returns provided that the item is undamaged (the item must be in its original condition with tag). Unfortunately return costs cannot be provided. The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund scheme for diamond jewellery, as it is made to order.
